Dasta-R - PRODUCTION ACTIVITY

Dasta-R LLP is a domestic plant in Kazakhstan for the production of industrial filters for the railway and automotive sectors. The plant has an administrative building, a blank preparation shop, an assembly shop, a storeroom for materials and a warehouse for finished products, a design bureau, a laboratory for a control system, as well as a highly qualified specialists.


REPAIR OF AUTOMATIC COUPLERS

Dasta-R LLP provides auto coupler repair services for the following organizations: Patentes Talgo, S.L. 60-70 units per year; Vagon Service JSC 150 units per year; SKD-7 LLP 130-160 units per year; Turan Express Service LLP 40-50 units per year.

MANUFACTURE OF RUBBER PRODUCTS

Dasta-R LLP manufactures 12 items of rubber products, such as polyester bags, impellers, rings, bushings and much more for SKD-7 LLP.

PRODUCTION OF FILTERS

Dasta-R LLP produces fuel, oil and air filters for locomotives TE33A (Evolution) and 2TE10MK of General Electric (WABTEC). Kazakhstan, represented by Dasta-R LLP, is one of three certified countries in the world (Mexico, China, Kazakhstan) supplying filters for General Electric (WABTEC).
